The Runner’s Sole Club runs have begun!! Every Tuesday at 9am and Thursday at 5:30pm, the club meets for runs for various distances and paces. Most runs will last approximately one hour and will be at a comfortable pace for most athletes. Meet at The Runner’s Sole for both times. Please check the website each day for information such as cancellations due to weather.
